Redemption:

Moods Gift Vouchers can be redeemed at the Cash Desk for the concert that evening. Redemption via Starticket Advance Sales is not possible due to logistical reasons.

Admission is guaranteed up to 30 minutes before the concert begins. Moods Gift Vouchers are generally invalid for events not organized by Moods. Admission with Moods memberships (Moons) and Gift Vouchers is limited for sold-out concerts. In this case you can send a reservation per email to info@moods.ch (until two days ahead of the concert).
