Ulysse Loup Large Ensemble

Sunday, September 20, 7:00 p.m.

Der Bassist und Komponist Ulysse Loup schafft es, stürmisch und ruhig zugleich zeitgenösssischen Jazz mit poetischer Tiefe zu verschmelzen. Mit seinem 10-köpfigen Ensemble schafft er dabei Musik, die sich wie eine Reise über den Ozean anfühlt.

Rufus D

Sunday, September 20, 8:00 p.m.

Die Welt des Trios Rufus D besteht aus Rhythmik, Loops und morphenden Patterns. Ihr stetig treibender Sound entfaltet sich zwischen Postrock und Experiment. Langsam wachsende Strukturen kippen in überraschende Brüche, mal lyrisch schwebend, mal wuchtig und rau. Beats, Loops und Gitarren verschmelzen zu einem Mix, der sich verdichtet, übersteuert und schliesslich im Raum verhallt.

Espuma Antigua

Monday, September 21, 8:30 p.m.

The Espuma Antigua Quartet skillfully blends the past and the present into music that lifts you up. Their goal: to create a dialogue between the old and the new in a gentle, electronic blend, thereby reimagining melodies. Their sound is poetic, intimate, and full of quiet magic.

Driftwood Quartet

Monday, September 21, 9:30 p.m.

The Driftwood Quartet moves with playful ease between contemporary jazz and alternative rock. Throughout, the band remains curious, dynamic, and full of surprises.  In their music, delicate passages build into powerful sounds, contrasted by edgy riffs. Catchy melodies blend with experimental structures to form a cohesive whole.

Tuesday, September 22, 8:30 p.m.

Musik bedeutet für muralim Freiheit, Emotion und das Eintauchen in den Moment. Ihre Kompositionen vereinen Ohrwurmqualitäten mit musikalischer Finesse, getragen von pulsierenden Grooves und spürbarer Leidenschaft. So schaffen sie eine Atmosphäre, die Herz und Bauch gleichermassen anspricht und der man sich nur schwer entziehen kann.

HOLD

Dienstag, 22. September, 21:30

Das Trio HOLD erkundet improvisierte Klangräume zwischen Jazz, Noise und Elektronik. Ihr Sound ist eine Mischung aus Melodie, Lärm und Überraschung. Ihre Konzerte sind Unikate und immer vollständig improvisiert. Es ist Musik, die im Hier und Jetzt entsteht.
