Your well-being and safety are important to us. Together, we make Moods a place where everyone is welcome and can feel free. We are committed to creating an atmosphere of respect, acceptance and safety so that everyone can enjoy the music and experience unforgettable moments.
Our principles
At Moods, we are committed to openness, diversity and tolerance. We want our club to be a place where everyone can be who they are without fear of discrimination or crossing boundaries. We believe that diversity is our strength and that music unites. In concrete terms, this means
We do not tolerate bounviolations. Wir respektieren die psychischen und physischen Grenzen unserer Mitmenschen und sind uns bewusst, dass diese individuell sind. Wenn wir unsicher sind, fragen wir lieber noch einmal nach.
Moods is a non-discriminatory venue. We do not tolerate discrimination based on origin, gender, sexuality, age, body, appearance or religion.
Your role
You play an important role in our efforts to create a respectful and safe environment. Through considerate and mindful behaviour, you too can actively contribute to positive development. If you observe or experience a violation of boundaries or discrimination, we are here to help you. You can contact the staff at the cash desk, cloakroom, bar or our security team at any time.
Your interaction with the Moods team Please note that this also applies to your dealings with the entire Moods team. Respect the fact that this is our workplace and treat the Moods team with respect and attentiveness.
Contact points
It may be that the person concerned only realises later that their personal boundaries have been crossed. Sometimes it is difficult to talk about it at the moment the boundary is crossed. If you would like to share an experience or observation at a later date, you are welcome to contact Graziella by email:: graziella@moods.ch.
However, we cannot offer professional help. Please contact qualified organisations for this:

We are aware that we are in an ongoing process and that we also make mistakes. We are open to suggestions, feedback, criticism and praise. They help us to improve and give us the opportunity to respond in order to do better in the future. All feedback will of course be treated confidentially. Contact us with your suggestions at graziella@moods.ch.
Let's work together to ensure respect and mindfulness.
