At Moods we organise quite a few concerts and parties every year, which are attended by around 65,000 guests. In addition to jazz, we also host blues, funk, soul, global sounds, pop/rock and other music genres.
As of 1 May or by agreement we are looking for a

PERSON IN CHARGE OF MARKETING (80-100%)

Your most important tasks
As the person in charge of marketing, you will play a key role in determining how we present ourselves as Moods and how our guests become aware of our events. You will work closely with our staff in the areas of social media, graphics and video.

What you bring to the table and have experienced is important to us. But we'd much rather know why you're exactly the right person for the job and how you'd handle your responsibilities at Moods. Therefore, we have a few questions for you, which you can answer in your letter of motivation.
  • How would you inspire our existing and new guests for music?
  • What channels would you use to communicate the more than 350 events we organise each year? Would you develop your own measures for the different music genres, events and age groups?
  • How would you measure and evaluate these campaigns?
  • Are you prepared to look after the musicians and our guests 2-3 times a month as evening manager? It may well be after midnight.
