Until 2025, the Moods Aïda Alliman Prize supported Swiss or Liechtenstein musicians annually with a financial contribution worth 20,000 Swiss francs. The prize was intended to enable the musicians to work freely for a certain period of time. Additionally, the selected musicians were given the opportunity to perform at the Moods jazz club. A three-member jury of experts awarded the prize based on the submitted letter of motivation and artistic plans. Priority was given to works in progress rather than completed works. The continuity of the musician's work and their potential for development were also important criteria. However, the prize is no longer awarded due to the dissolution of the foundation.
