Under the direction of Hermann Ostendarp, Ensemble 25 explores the mysterious sounds of Palestine, the polyphonic chants of Syria and the captivating nuances of Eastern Mediterranean music. Accompanied by percussionist Peter Rosmanith and bassist Arnulf Lindner, Palestinian oud player and composer Marwan Abado and Syrian singer Dima Orsho weave a tapestry of sound, rich in colours, stories and emotions – a musical feast for the heart and senses. The "Young Masters Concert Band" from the Johann Sebastian Bach Music School in Vienna are guests as part of a youth music exchange between Vienna and St. Gallen.

Admission is free, but donations are welcome.
