Nights Conference: How to deal with Mediterraneanisation

Complete avoidance of (usage) conflicts is illusory since life in a city always includes a certain amount of friction. In the current conception of the DACH environmental law, the responsibility lies almost exclusively with the noise source - this procedure leads to short-term problems for places that originate noise. In the medium term, the only viable contextual solution is the most comprehensive possible segregation of uses - destroying the attractiveness of the cities. The panel attempts to give an overview of various regulatory concepts - from Barcelona to Bern to Vilnius.
