Singer and songwriter Luedji Luna is a prominent name in the Brazilian music scene. Winner of numerous awards and nominated for the Latin Grammy Best MPB Album in 2022, she soon achieved notoriety far beyond the country's borders. Her music explores and celebrates the connections between her homeland and her African roots, and addresses the marginalizations of Afro-Brazilians and women in Brazil. This theme, coupled with her soulful voice, carries an infectious energy that is already palpable in her albums or online at the NPR Tiny Desk Concert, but especially unfolds live into an unforgettable musical experience.

Afterwards DJ Sampa will play the best tracks from Forró, Samba-Rock, Gafieira and Tropicalia.
