Greek Traditional Music from Lalitades Ensemble

At the two-day Greek Music Festival you can discover and experience Greek music in its rich variety: The program offers a broad palette from the different regions of Greece, from traditional to contemporary music.

The Lalitades Ensemble takes the audience on a musical journey throughout the north-eastern Mediterranean: in constantly changing line-ups, the nine musicians present the broad spectrum of traditional Greek musical culture. Following the first stop in Thrakien, musical visits will be paid in half-hour intervals to the different origins from Epirus via Macedonia, on to the islands of the Aegean, Pontus and Asia Minor. A diverse concert evening which provides insights into the variety of Greek music.
