A superb live band meets renowned MCs and vocalists – that’s Style Bakery! At every edition, acclaimed acts perform their songs in unique, specially developed versions for the evening. Raw, unpolished, and full of energy. Hosting the night is the exceptional collective Jonny Ive, Pablo, Toni Schiavano, and Flo Reichle.
This time, we’re thrilled to welcome:
Chelan – Finally, the Romandie is back! On his latest work “Run to the Sun”, this versatile artist explores the depths of his mental state, wrapping it in sophisticated Neo-Soul and Pop. Together with Nnavy (who performed here in April – aww yeah!), he represents a new wave of Swiss-French Soul. As a winner of the M4Music and SRF 3 Best Talent awards, Chelan has already left a lasting impression – now it’s time to conquer the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
Sofia Sy – With her debut album “I Am Through You So I”, this young singer delivers an impressive blend of Soul, RnB, Pop, Bossa Nova, and Afro Beats. Her versatility and emotional depth are a perfect match for the Style Bakery vibe.
Shape – The Basel Grand Seigneur of Swiss Rap, known from the genre’s first golden era. Alongside Spooman, he set new standards as the “Dynamic Duo” around the turn of the millennium. Now, for the very first time, he’ll take the stage at Style Bakery. A great honor!
Pablo – Usually co-hosting the evening alongside Jonny Ive, this time he steps into the spotlight as a performer. Pablo is not only a rap and culinary connoisseur but also one of the most skilled rappers in the country. We’re eagerly anticipating his debut performance as Pablo – a taste of his long-awaited solo album set to release in the spring.
And let’s not forget: at the Bakery, handpicked vocalists freestyle live with the band. Together, the band and MCs push each other to new heights, improvising unheard-of sounds and rhythms.

Accessibility
The lower floor of the club is at ground level and accessible without steps. There is one accessible bathroom which can be used with a Eurokey. The bar is not accessible and is approximately 1.20 metres high. Sensory stimuli: Most concerts are accompanied by moving lights and smoke. Moods members are guaranteed admission to every event until 30 minutes before the concert starts. Only shows with a high demand require a reservation. The corresponding concerts are marked on the website with "Member-Reservation".

Moods is reached via the main entrance of the Schiffbau at Schiffbauplatz. We recommend arriving by public transport (streetcar 4 or 8 / bus 72, 83 or 33 to Schiffbau; S-Bahn to Hardbrücke station and from there approx. 2 minutes on foot). Parking spaces are available under Hardbrücke and in the Pfingstweid-/Hardstrasse parking garage.
